Job Description: Title: Shift Lead, Operations Department: Highway Operations Location: 6200 Steeles Ave West, Woodbridge Total Potential Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Position Summary: Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations, this position is assisting the Highway Operations Leadership Team in the delivery of the program activities for maintaining the traveled road surfaces, signing, illumination, drainage systems and traffic guidance systems in a safe condition (MTO Standards) and as defined in our safety Control Plans for both Winter and Summer Maintenance. Note: This position will be required to work rotating shifts and work in all road and weather conditions, as well as be on-call during weekends as required and needed.…
