Location Mehsana SMT Tube PU, India Department Prime Responsibility Test samples receipt To perform mechanical tests in laboratory as per internal and external standards To prepare samples for microstructure analysis tests (Cutting, Mounting, polishing, etching) Microstructure analysis of products (General Microstructure, Grain Size, %Fe, Inclusion etc) Concentration checking of various water, acid & alkaline Test report preparation of all lab tests Test results entry in PPC system for 3.1 MTC Execution of Retesting, Replicate Test, IMC, ILC & participation in PT as per ISO/IEC 17025 guideline Ensuring safety and 5S within work area as per company guidelines Inform superior in case any abnormality observed during sample preparation, testing etc.…
