About this role
Location Mehsana, India Department Responsibility Supervise and manage the pickling process of Stainless steel pipes/ Hollows, including preparation and maintenance of pickling solutions (e.g., acids, inhibitors, etc.). Ensure that pickling baths are maintained and replenished as per standard operating procedures. Monitor chemical concentrations and ensure adherence to product specifications as per SOP. Implement corrective actions when deviations in the pickling process are detected. Ensure that all pickling operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Maintain chemical safety data sheets (MSDS) and ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous materials. Safety work environment create and motivate team to continue-aim for zero accidents.…
