Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for providing financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the Summit Aviation Group. Leveraging strong accounting expertise and business acumen, the FP&A Manager partners with Finance and Operations leaders to develop financial plans, evaluate business performance, and deliver meaningful analysis that supports operational and strategic objectives. This role also drives continuous improvements to financial planning processes, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities.
