About this role
As the HR Data Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of human resources data processed through our Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems. In this role you will be responsible for performing data processing tasks, maintaining data quality and accuracy. You will acquire and maintain a well-rounded understanding of Ledcor’s employee lifecycle changes, daily time and pay processing, pay elements, benefits and becoming familiar with union Collective Bargaining Agreements, Pre-Jobs and understanding of our union workforce.…
