About this role
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Engineer to help build the core infrastructure and product surfaces that define Noho’s patient and clinician experience.
You’ll work closely with our Co-Founders, CMO, Product Designer / Design Engineer, and Head of Growth to ship end-to-end features across:
- Telehealth workflows (intake, scheduling, visits, follow-ups)
- Clinical tooling (charting, orders, protocols, dashboards)
- Patient experiences (onboarding, labs, education, ongoing care)
- Operations infrastructure (fulfillment, quality, compliance, analytics)
This is a high-ownership, high-context role: you’re not a ticket-taker; you’re a builder helping shape what the product is and how it scales.
