We are hiring a Patient Coordinator Xyla (part of Acacium Group) Homebased Fixed Term contract ending 16th April 2027 | Full time hours £24,785 per annum We are hiring a Patient Coordinator to join Xyla's mental health support team who provide neurodevelopmental services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. In this role you will support individuals and families accessing neurodevelopmental services, guiding them from initial enquiry through to assessment booking while delivering an outstanding patient experience. In this role, you will: Be the first point of contact for patients enquiring about ADHD and Autism assessments. Conduct screening calls and support patients through the booking process.
