SUMMARY The senior operational transformation lead for Avanade Next. Focuses on the core processes that run an organisation every day and helps clients move beyond incremental automation to redesigned work, measurable productivity and sustainable operating performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Leadership & Market Presence Own the Complex Process Transformation domain across APAC. Lead major productivity and operating performance agendas across back-office and core operational processes.
