JOB DESCRIPTION Ø Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ) • Develop and execute APAC commodity strategies for Trim & Plastics, aligned with regional purchasing and business objectives. • Deliver profit plan commitments, including material cost improvement, working-capital improvement, supplier rationalization, quality and other agreed purchasing metrics. • Maintain a weekly cost-saving roadmap and reconcile planned initiatives to actual monthly results. • Lead sourcing and supplier nomination activities in compliance with Adient purchasing, program and approval processes, ensuring competitive cost, quality, capacity and timing. • Lead supplier negotiations, commercial analysis and cost optimization using market intelligence, cost breakdowns, benchmarking and clean-sheet methods.…
