JOB DESCRIPTION Process Basic Function: The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining plant specific engineering documentation and records to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and the delivery of product to the Customer which meets specifications. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain an up-to-date reference to track SMRR, RMA, PPM, & SCB and other proposed product revisions. Utilize IRIS to track SMRRs Prepare End-of-Month Loop zero Report. Validate PPAP submission from Supplier. Interact with vendors to complete their PPAP submissions. Coordinate with Materials and Production departments to ensure effective, on-time, implementation of engineering changes. Champion and Monitor Supplier key deliverables per control plan.…
