About this role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Ruby Engineer to lead the development of Ruby-based applications and extensions. You will work as part of a global Agile team to design, build, and maintain high-quality features that deliver value to internal and external users. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Domain Experts, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across Ruby services and supporting components. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives. Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews while maintaining team coding standards.…
