About this role

As Head of Workplace Operations (m/f/d), you own the on-the-ground experience of our sites, from the moment someone walks through the front door to the way the building runs behind the scenes. You lead 2 teams at our German HQ: Front Desk & Hospitality and Facility Management. Furthermore you carry responsibility across multiple sites. Beyond your own locations, you give guidance and "handrails" to national and international subsidiaries, so that all sites share a consistent image and common standards. You report to the Director People & Talent, and work in close collaboration with the internal global Real Estate Expansion team to turn group-wide standards into reliable execution everywhere Agile Robots operates.…
