About the Role We're looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive planning, delivery, and operational excellence across our engineering department. You will work with cross-functional programs, coordinating and building the operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, and turning technical progress into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership. What You'll Do Own end-to-end program planning and delivery for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., hardware, electronics, software, controls, and test & validation). Coordinate delivery milestones across teams , tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone.…
