About this role
Buscamos profesionales para una consultoría de diseño de infraestructura urbana en el Área Metropolitana de San Salvador, con una duración prevista de ocho meses. Requisitos: Formación en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o carrera afín. Certificación vigente como perito valuador y registro en la Superintendencia del Sistema Financiero de El Salvador. Al menos tres años de experiencia general. Diez avalúos comprobables de inmuebles afectados por proyectos de infraestructura vial. Se valorará el conocimiento de políticas de salvaguardas ambientales y sociales, preferiblemente el EAS 5 del Banco Mundial.
