About this role

Job Purpose •Monitor all project plans adherence to their initial schedule •Ensure that schedule progress is accurately reported to management •Identify risks and delays with mitigation plans Please note, this role is for Emiratization Only. Roles & Responsibilities •Develop Aldar projects high-level pre-construction and construction planning in conjunction with the project teams, to identify critical path and alternate schedules •Review plan against schedule developed by PMC/ EOR to ensure realistic timeframes and recommend changes •Provide support and input during project feasibility phases •Provide information to contracts team, on claims related issues •Coordinate with project teams from pre-planning to delivery regarding scheduling, monitoring and risk mitigation…
