About this role
JOB PURPOSE
Manage the OD change and transformation initiatives in conjunction with management's direction, ensuring the alignment of structure with Aldar Group's operating model and business requirements
Undertake the necessary organizational diagnostics and recommend enhancements.
Support the digital transformation of the Organization Development function by embedding AI, automation and advanced analytics into OD processes.
