About Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment. The Service Support Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to a core team of associates responsible for the receiving and replenishment of merchandise ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer.
