About this role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects. This role will manage the estimating process from initial plan review through project handoff , with a focus on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and related interior finish systems . Responsibilities include detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, subcontractor and vendor pricing, bid preparation, and identifying scope gaps and project risks before submission. The ideal candidate has strong commercial interior construction estimating experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.…
