About this role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator with a strong background in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior construction . This role will manage the estimating process from initial bid invitation through project handoff. The ideal candidate can review construction documents, perform detailed quantity takeoffs, evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing, identify project risks, and develop accurate, competitive proposals. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, knowledgeable in commercial interior construction, and comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
