About this role
Our client, a hospitality ownership group, is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Beverage & Bar Operations to lead the beverage programs for two distinct restaurant and cocktail bar concepts within their boutique hotel in Knoxville, TN They’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong cocktail knowledge, an eye for guest experience, and the ability to develop a team. This role combines beverage program ownership with regular bartending shifts and closing Manager on Duty responsibilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cocktail, spirits, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverage offerings, including seasonal menus.
