Job Description WHAT YOU GET TO DO Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of extrusion lines (Blown Film or Coater lines) including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shutdown. Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety. Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, and standard operating procedures. Organize, record, and ensure proper storage of resin. Adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment for each job. Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. Work with and direct the extrusion assistant and other team mates to minimize job change-over and down time.…
