Job Description Position Summary : The Quality Assurance Team Leader is responsible for product quality in the Odon facility. Key responsibilities include ability to lead the food safety and ISO programs, customer complaint investigation, and root cause removal. Position Responsibilities : Fulfill duties of the SQF Practitioner Coordinate the internal ISO and food safety audits Leads customer and 3rd party audits Works with Technical Department to ensure product specifications are entered in the Synergy Database. Works with Technical Department to ensure trial and sample materials are properly tested, identified, packaged and delivered Assist in complaint and defect analysis Works with Technical Department to write/modify work instructions for equipment and testing protocols.…
