Job Description About the Role As the Assistant Group Leader, you are responsible for supporting the leadership, organization, and daily operations of the Tool Room to ensure molds and tooling are properly maintained, repaired, and available to meet production requirements. You assist in directing Tool Room personnel, coordinating maintenance priorities, and promoting a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
