Job Summary The Franchise Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company’s franchise operations, ensuring franchisees comply with company standards, achieve business targets, and maintain consistent brand quality across all locations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. Act as the main point of contact between the company and franchise partners. Monitor franchisee performance against operational, financial, and business targets. Ensure franchise locations comply with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
