About this role
The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement leader in charge of suppliers Development and Performance will be responsible for managing supplier panel performance through structured governance, performance reviews and continuous improvements actions. She/ he will work closely with Supplier quality development team to ensure that a supplier development strategy is in place and measured. The Strategic Sourcing & Procurement leader owns the supplier qualification process in collaboration with Supplier quality, engineering, Operations and Sourcing & Procurement. She/ He will be the primary contact for the Sales and Operational (S&OP) planning and is responsible for building and maintaining a proactive qualification plan based on business growth plans (S&OP), sourcing strategies, and forecast demand.…
