About this role
Within the Technology team of Product Engineering, as a Welding Engineer you will support nuclear business projects with specialist welding and materials knowledge across the whole range of products and services. You will be part of a team and provide specialist support, in a context of increased complexity of projects and fast changes while maintaining conformity to design intent, codes, standards and quality . Products include steam turbines, heat exchangers, generators and pumps. The role covers new build and service activities. The role consists in: Support material selection appropriate to equipment design and function. Support the maintenance and development of specifications for welding within the context of any applied codes and standards, e.g. Pressure Equipment Directive.…
