About this role
In this role, you will: - Be involved in the design of manufacturing processes and procedures. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods. - Work together with craft employees in a Union environment. - Act as a resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel. - Assist in justification of new equipment. - Interface with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve technical issues. - Adhere to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement, and other company policies. - Perform an integrated role as direct support of the Maintenance Organization. - Respond to trouble calls on a 24/7 basis.
