About this role
In this role, you will: - Involvement with continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and manufacturing methods. - Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting skills to restore product flow. Work hand in hand with craft employees. - Act as a resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel. - Interface with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve technical issues. - Adhere to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement and other company policies. - Assume other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required. - Integrated role as direct support of the Maintenance Organization.
