Job Description: Press Operator We are hiring two people for first shift (6:00AM to 2:00PM) and two additional people for second shift (2:00PM to 10:00PM). Please note that training for all four positions will take place during the first shift. Once the training period is completed, the employees hired for the second shift will transition to their regular second-shift schedule. Job Summary: Safely and efficiently operate a stamping press and producing Quality stamped parts. The primary focus is Safety, Quality, and efficient production techniques by utilizing Array's standards and procedures. Maintaining a continuous Improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills. Key Job Responsibilities: Operate stamping Presses as required - including any auxiliary equipment.…
