Job Description: Press Pack Operator We are hiring two employees for the first shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and two additional employees for the second shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM). Please note that training for all four positions will take place during the first shift. Once the training period is complete, the employees hired for the second shift will transition to their regular second-shift schedule. Job Summary: Safely and efficiently Pack Stamped and ensure only Quality parts are being packed off the press line and learning from the Press Operator. The primary focus is Safety, Quality, and efficient production techniques by utilizing Array's standards and procedures. Maintaining a continuous Improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills.…
