About this role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically minded ETF Capital Markets Operations Analyst to support the growth of our ETF share class business. Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Markets, this individual will play an integral role in the daily operational oversight of ETF lifecycle processes, including end-of-day basket processing, Authorized Participant (AP) interactions, reconciliations, holdings dissemination, and operational issue resolution. The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with a platform-oriented and risk-focused mindset. This individual should understand ETF workflows end to end and be able to connect processes, data flows, and market activity to proactively identify and address potential operational or trading risks.…
