Job Description Define customer challenges and provide technical support to resolve issues, enabling customers to maximize the performance and utilization of ASML products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Support customers in the effective application and optimization of ASML imaging solutions. Provide technical customer support, including application consulting, technical knowledge sharing, escalation management, and support for new product introductions and evaluations as an Imaging Competency Engineer. Identify and quantify customer imaging issues, define root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize scanner output performance through cross-functional collaboration.…
