Introduction to the job The DUV D&E in the Cymer Light Source Division of ASML, located in San Diego, performs the Design and Engineering of new and upgraded DUV Source products, and other supporting projects. Within DUV D&E, Light Generation and Amplification (LGA) function designs and engineers core modules of the DUV source, including DUV discharge chambers, power supply modules and blower motor systems.
