Overview of Position The Lead Analyst will be responsible for managing the International Plan/Re-forecast cycle, Outlook and Month/Quarter Close variance analysis. This role will support all International teams outside of US, US based International Finance team and US based Lifestyle FP&A function. In addition, this role will be responsible for the International Trend Report. What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job? Analyze full P&L variances, comparing results against prior year, YTD, prior quarter, prior forecast, plan and outlook and summarize key variance explanations. Ensure journal entries are mapping to the correct, country, LOB, client and P&L account for all international countries. Co-ordinate and analyze the Plan/Forecast cycle.…
