The Staff Service Recruitment Associate is responsible for efficiently recruiting and maintaining the Independent Service Network for our Home Warranty Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager of their assigned region, this role involves sourcing, onboarding, and supporting independent service providers to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. In addition to learning and utilizing all databases and applications relevant to recruitment and contract management, the individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of our service delivery operations through adept technology use and effective communication skills and assist with maintaining service locating SLA’s.…
