JOB PURPOSE The China IT Strategy Planning Director is responsible for driving governance, portfolio management, strategic execution, and cross-functional coordination across China IT. The role serves as the operational backbone of the China IT leadership team, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritized, tracked, governed, and successfully delivered while maintaining alignment with Global IT, China business stakeholders, and the CIO Office. This role orchestrates key transformation programs, executive communications, resource planning, and operational governance across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Cyber Security, Quality, and Enterprise Technology Services.
