The Galway Hooker Irish Pub is looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation. Located on The Esplanade, just moments from Scarborough Beach, The Galway Hooker is a lively Irish-style pub with a strong local following. We’re known for traditional Irish and pub-style food, Guinness, live music, sport, quiz nights and regular food specials.
