About this role
Good Nature Hotel has recently undergone a renovation and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards across every service. You’ll be organised and proactive during prep, while having the ability to go from 0 to 100 when service kicks off.
