About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Process Engineering & Development (PED) Leader to drive manufacturing excellence, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing world-class manufacturing systems, enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity, leading CAPEX projects, and ensuring successful new product introductions while supporting the plant's Industry 4.0 journey. Key Responsibilities Industrialization & Manufacturing Excellence Lead greenfield and brownfield industrialization projects from concept to implementation.
