About this role

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business needs, processes, and pain points across stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for implementation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system efficiency. Collaborate with development teams throughout solution design and delivery. Support testing, validation, and rollout of system enhancements. Investigate issues by reviewing system data and behavior, and coordinate resolution. Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with business priorities and operational practicality.
