About this role
Axiom Law is looking for accomplished Banking, Finance & Derivatives Lawyers to join our network and partner with leading clients across the financial services sector. In this role, you will advise on a diverse portfolio of complex financing and financial markets matters, including corporate and structured lending, treasury and liquidity management, OTC derivatives, ISDA documentation, and evolving financial regulatory requirements. You will work alongside banks, investment firms, asset managers, multinational corporates, and other market participants on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, delivering commercially focused legal solutions in fast-paced, high-value environments.…
