About this role
We are currently seeking Employment Lawyers to support Axiom clients across a broad range of industries on complex UK, EMEA, and international employment law matters.
Responsibilities:
Advise on contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, senior exits, redundancies, restructurings, and settlement agreements.
Support sensitive employment matters, including workplace investigations, whistleblowing complaints, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, senior employee issues, and complex terminations.…
