About this role

We are currently seeking Funds and Investment Management Lawyers to work with leading financial institutions, asset managers, investment platforms, and other Axiom clients across a broad range of fund, product, regulatory, and investment management matters. Responsibilities: Advise on fund structuring, launches, product development, investment strategies, distribution, and governance across private funds, UCITS, ETFs, LTAFs, NURS, private equity, private credit, real assets, multi-asset funds, and other alternative investment products. Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements, fund documentation, side letters, distribution arrangements, platform agreements, commercial contracts, and related legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.…
