Join Our Team as a Corporate Paralegal at Axiom
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking corporate governance paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients on a remote basis. This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
Assist client's legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters
Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance
Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documents…
