About this role
We are currently seeking Banking, Finance & Financial Services Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients. Responsibilities: Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a range of banking, finance and/or regulated financial-services matters, depending on client need. Support lending, financing, commercial, regulatory, product, governance, risk and business-as-usual matters for financial institutions, regulated businesses and corporate clients. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of documentation, including finance agreements, security documents, commercial contracts, customer terms, outsourcing and technology agreements, policies and regulatory materials.…
