In this role, you will provide practical legal advice and support, working closely with lenders, borrowers, and institutional clients. This opportunity involves advising on complex financing arrangements, drafting key documentation, and supporting both domestic and cross-border transactions. Responsibilities: Provide practical legal advice and support on real estate finance and asset finance transactions, acting for lenders, borrowers, and investors on a range of financing matters.
