About this role

We are currently seeking Software Licensing Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest tech companies. This is an exciting opportunity to tackle complex legal challenges on a global scale. Responsibilities: Provide practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment. Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, data processing, and API integration contracts. Advise business and product teams on legal issues related to technology development, data usage, cybersecurity, and intellectual property ownership. Support procurement and vendor management by assessing contract risk, ensuring regulatory and data privacy compliance, and maintaining consistent commercial terms.…
