We are currently seeking Government Contract Attorneys to support our Fortune 500 and leading clients.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in government contracts law, with expertise in advising clients on a wide range of issues related to state, local, and/or federal government contracts.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, administration, and termination.
Assist clients in navigating federal, state, and local government procurement processes, including RFPs, bid preparation and submission, bid protests, and contract disputes.…
