About this role
We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaking) for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities:
Work with our clients remotely and provide legal support focusing on the Japanese market
Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: creative, advertising and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.
Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements and related policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years legal experience, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. More experienced talents are welcome.…
