Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives. Translate business and product requirements into clear technical delivery plans. Drive technical planning, estimation, prioritization, sprint execution, and release management. Monitor delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones. Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget. 2. Engineering & Architecture Governance Review solution architectures, technical designs, implementation approaches, and development plans.
