Director, Career Services and Employer Relations

Summary The Director of Career Services & Employer Relations is responsible for managing the Career Services Office and its staff, which creates and implements comprehensive career planning to students and graduates. This position is also responsible for leading employer relationship strategies and developing and maintaining employer contacts, while identifying opportunities for students and graduates. Supervise Career Services staff: Coordinate training. Provide necessary tools to staff to enhance work performance. Delegate projects as needed. Ensure efficient workflow.
